Perc Up! 2004Registration

     There are four easy ways to register for the Perc Up! 2005 percussion clinic, workshop, and percussion showcase.  The deadline is April 16, 2005 or until the event is filled. Space may be limited so get your application in early to secure your spot!  The grace period deadline is April 22, 2005 (Extended).  The cost is more if you miss the deadline.

Deadline may be extended by request.   Please call if special arrangements are required.  Scholarships are available too!!!

 

 

1.  Online with our secure server . (orders securely processed by 2checkout.com or Propay)

2.   Download the MS Word form registration and mail or email.  You can also right mouse click and select "save target as" from the menu.  Then save it in a familiar folder on your computer.
