     We invite all Band Directors, percussion instructors, band staff, percussion techs or anyone in music leadership to Perc Up 2009's PERC UP Directors' Percussion Forum at Westside High School on February 21, 2009.  

 

     Perk Up is a gourmet coffee and dessert forum discussing relevant, helpful topics - real world tips to help you do your job better and with more ease!  Our panel of experts will field your questions.

 

     Topics we will discuss include college percussion audition preparation for students, finding or making more time, fund raising, building a better tradition, goals, delegation, improving site reading, percussion literature, winter guard, and more.  

 

     Even if you do not bring any students (we hope you will!) you are still invited! There is no charge!

 

The percussion mini-conference will be in the afternoon during Perc Up workshop rehearsals on February 21, 2009.
